Out-of-pocket fees
- New patient evaluation: $750 (60 minutes)
- Comprehensive medication management sessions: $375 (30 minutes)
Out-of-network billing options
You will need to pay for the full session fee upfront. You will be provided with an invoice that you can submit to your insurance company. Depending on specific insurance plan, you may receive reimbursement for the amount approved by your insurance.
